The National Commission for Homoeopathy invites comments and suggestions regarding the newly drafted regulation of the National Commission for Homoeopathy Regulation – 2023.
In this draft, point no. 7 says about National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET), this NTET says that any MPH Degree Holder can apply for NTET and after passing it any BHMS Degree Holder with MPH Degree can be eligible for the Assistant Professor post.

Point no. 7.IV said, “M.Sc. in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, MPH from recognized institutes can also appear for the NTET examination for the post of Assistant professor if the candidates holding the BHMS degree.”
Point no. 7.V said, “Ph.D. degree holder along with M.Sc. in Anatomy, Physiology, biochemistry, forensic medicine and toxicology, and MPH from recognized institutes can appear in the NTET examination for the post of Assistant professor.”

Overall it is good news for all the BHMS Degree Holders along with MPH Degrees they can now first apply for the NTET and after passing it they can be Assistant Professor in any Medical College.
